She browbeats people into changing their diet for the sake of their health. Sure- a great idea in theory, but you can go too far. You need an occasional treat.

She claims to be 46, but looks like a seventy year old pretending to be younger. Her mouth looks like a shrivelled up ringpiece. If you truly are what you eat, then Dr. Gillian has been eating dessicated corpses.
